CUTTER RACE.
0 - The annual cutter race iu connection with the Pclono Navals was held on Saturday afternoon off the Petono beach. Tho course was from the mouth of the Koro-Koro stream, round a buoy at tho foot of Tory Street, finishing nt tho' Naval boatshed. Pettitt's No. 1 crew le<l fvom the gunshot,, and eventually won by a good four lengths. The crews were:—No. 1: Pettitt (cox), Martin (stroke), Dent, Webb, Falla, Smith, Price, Holloway, Lee, Ingham. Hartley, Okeby. No. 2: Stole (cox), Shardlow (stroke), Lee, Lusty, Stewart, Wilson, Gjersou, Rod well, Hepworth, Ford, Williit, Patterson. Lieut, Vouafer acted as judge,, and; Sei'ffWit.Eo. . muttda as starts*. 'J
