On Sunday last the visiting swimmers went out to Lyall Bay, whore they were entertained by the. local Surf Club. The weather was ideal, arid (ho visitors wore in their element. Exhibitions of surf work and life-savins were given, and somo local enthusiasts gave demonstrations of professional eiub stringing.
