Tho "Evening News" states that Sir Francis.Bridgeman denies that ill-health caused his retirement as First Sea. Lord. Mr. Winston Churchill, in tho House of Commons, repeated that ill-health during the present, year . was the cause, and declared that Sir Francis Bridgeman had a continuous struggle against illness. His action was taken with Mr. Asquith's concurrence. The newspaper "Truth" recently announced that Prince Louis, of Battenberg intended to. resign his position as Second Sea Lord on account of ill-health.
