SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indicatione are for warm and hazy weather, cloudy and foggy at timo3 in many parts of tho country. Easterly breezes predominating in the north, and increasing northerlics elsewhere. The barometer has a slight downward tendency in the south. Anti-cyclonic conditious have ruled everywhere, with warm and fair to cloudy wrather generally, and much mist in parts. Land and sea breezes have prevailed. D. 0. BATES. To-day wa3 characterised by lovely weather. Feathcrston, December 13.—Hot summer dav; passing clouds. Carterton, December 13.—Tho weather Is fine and warm. Hastings, Decomber 13.—Another fine day.
