Mr. F. Bently and his two little grandchildren had a narrow escape- from n sorious accident at Pctono on Wednesday night. The party wore on a inotor-cyclo with ft side-car. When proceeding along Jackson- Street, another motor-cyclist named Silrcrwood, coming at right angles, crashed into tho side-car, and overturned it. Tho children were thrown underneath, but fortunately were .not hurt. Mr. Bently received some cuts about the face and hands, but was not seriously hurt.
