INDIAN MURDER TRIAL.
A SERVANT'S EVIDENCE. Br Tdezranli—Press Association-OoDyrisat Calcutta, December 11. Bibu,/ a former servant of Mr. Clark, of. the Medical Department at Allahabad, who is charged with tho murder of his wife, gave evidence that Clark had called him to a bedroom where he gave him three powders and ordered him to put them in the Memsahib's tea. Clark promised the witness fifty rupees and threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. The witness handed the powders to the Memsahib and said he wanted to leave. She gave him his wages. Tho Court announced that owing to a chemical report Clark and Mrs. Fulham . will be.charged with attempting to poison the late Mr. Fulham at Meerut in 1911, and also with the actual murder at Agra in November last.
