BILL TO PREVENT MARRIAGES. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, December 12. Following the announcement of Jack Johnson's marriage, Mr. W. A. Rodenbcrg, an Illinois member of the House of Representatives, has introduced a Bill ' forbidding the marriage of whites and negroes. Ho declared that for white girls to bo made the slaves of African brutes was intolerable in any Christian country.
