' (To the Editor.) Sir,—Many people, I hear, are trying 1 to find out the cause of the pleasant state of the weather. I venture, therefore, to offer the following solution:— "His- name has lately disappeared From out the public view, And- maybe to that simple fact This lovely weather's duo.
