SEAMEN'S WAGES.
AN APPRECIATED INCREASE. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright London, December 9. The South Shields Seamen's and Firemen's Union has passed a resolution of appreciation for tho shipowners' voluntary increases in wages. The union considers it timely to establish a national wages board to standardise' wages for all British ships.
