TO-DAT'S .ARRANGEMENTS. Admiral Sir G. F. King-Hall (in command of the Australasian Squadron) paid a visit of inspection to H.M.S. Torch, lying at the Wool Wharf, yesterday morning, and returned to the flagship I later. To-day his Excellency will be the guest of the New Zealand Club at luncheon. Rear-Admiral Ross, of the United States Navy, will also be present. The band of H.M.S. Drake will play in. the hospital grounds this afternoon, commencing at 2.30. A collection will be takeri up in aid of Christmas festivities for the patients. H.M.S. - Cambrian, now in port, will probably leave for Port Chalmers on December 19. H.M.S. Drake leaves Wellington for Sydney, via Milford Sound, at 6 p.m. tomorrow. This afternoon junior members of the Navy Leaguo who ate attending the colleges in Wellington will pay a visit to the flagship.
