THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT.

A' conference of the Parliamentary Committee of the Trade Union Congress, the Management Committee of the General Federation, and the Labour party's executive, expressed dissatisfaction on the nonreversal of the Osborne Judgment, and decided not to accept the Bill in its pre-' sent form. It was decided to convene a meeting of ltpresentatives of tho entire Labour movomont to decide the final attitude -of the Labour party on the third reading of the Bill. \
