— SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications, are. for increasing northerly winds',and a falling barometer—warm and sultry weather in the East Ooast districts of both islands, and mild and hazy conditions generally. A change to unsettled weather is probahle Boon, with rain,. especially in the West Ooast and southern districts. Tho barometer is moderately high,' and fair, mild and hazy weather has prevailed overywhere to-day, with variable breezes. B. V. PEMBEBTON. Carterton, December 6.—The weather is beautifully fine, but does not givo promise of continuing. Peatherston, December 6.—Bright, warm day, with passing olouds. Greytown, December 6.—A very waam summer's day. Masterton, December 6.—Delightful summer day. Hastings, December 6.—To-day has been beautifully fine.
