been sworn in the Court adjourned until 10 a.m. to-day, when the witnesses are expected to be available. The case is that in which Carl Kolin and others, traders, of Rarotonga, are procesding against the Union Steamship Company of Now Zealand, Ltd., claiming ,£1022 9s. for alleged failure to carry fruit on a particular voyage from Rarotonga to New Zealand ports. Mr. C. B. Morison, K.C., with him Mr. A. Fair, is appearing for the plaintiffs, while Sir John Find&y, K.C., with him Mr. P. Levi, are appearing for tho defendant company.
