The case is that in which Carl Kolin and others, traders, of Rarotonga, are procesding against the Union Steamship Company of Now Zealand, Ltd., claiming ,£1022 9s. for alleged failure to carry fruit on a particular voyage from Rarotonga to New Zealand ports. Mr. C. B. Morison, K.C., with him Mr. A. Fair, is appearing for the plaintiffs, while Sir John Find&y, K.C., with him Mr. P. Levi, are appearing for tho defendant company.
