H. PROSSER and AMIRIA. HOROMONA to the Eutt County Council, for permission to erect three swing gates:— (1) Across the Pukerua Road, at the point of the intersection of the lino of the northern boundary of Pukerua 3. C, No. 1, E., and the Pukerua Road, the said boundary lino dividing the land occupied by Mr. J. 11. Prosser from that occupied by Amiria Horomona. (2) Across the said Pukerua Road at the point of the intersection of the line of the northern boundary of Pukerua, No. 3 C, 2 8., and the Pukerua Road, the said boundary line dividing the land occupied by Aimria Horomona from that occupied by Mr. E. Wall. (3) Across the road leading from the Pukerua Road to the railway siding at the point of tho junction of the two said roads, such gate to be at tho intersection of the line of the east- • ern boundary of the Waimapiln Block, and. the said road leading to the railway siding, tho said boundary lino dividing the land occupied by Mr. Ames from that by Ringi Horomona.
