Ho .was very sorry that there woto :. no proper, playing grounds attached to tho -school. Mr. K.-Leo.(chairman of the Education Board) said'it'was amazing to'him that, thero were in this city 1600 students doin;; technical many as would fill three largo city schools.- And yet. this very important-work was being done in buildings which were no more than makeshifts.
