Grcaso a mould anil dust with brown breadcrumb? or raUilo crumbs; melt tho butter, strain it, and stir in the crumbs; beat in the yolks an.l jam thoroughly; fold in the whites beaten stiffly, and turn into tho mould; stwini gently for 1J to 2 hours; turn out and servo with any good sauce. .
FOR TO-MORROAV. Half-Lobster. Rice Flour. Anchovy Essence. Cream Cake. Parsley. Gooseberries.
