INDIA'S DREADNOUGHT OFFER
NOTHING KNOWN OFFICIALLY,

"The Times" Delhi correspondent states that the Indian Government is unaware of the offer by the Indian princes to present Dreadnoughts and cruisors to Great Britain. There has certainly been no concerted action, though possibly there has been individual action. The general view is that such a large contribution is grotesque and impossible.
