Captain Eobert Bartlett, the well-known, explorer, speaking at the Aero Club •dinner at Boston, said tho safest and easiest way to reach the North. Pole was by aeroplane. It was merely a four hours' flight from Cape Je&3up northwards, and there was an easy land rise over snow-covered ground. The conditions for flight wore perfect in July and August.
