Wash, scrape, ad blanch tho celery, melt the butter, and saute the celery and onion in it without browning. Add the stock andicook until tho celery is tender, from ono to two hours. Rub through a hair sieve, add the cornflower, blended with tho milk, and cook for ten minutes. Add the e-ream and seasoning. FOR TO-MORROW. Colery, bunch of sweet herbs, log of mutton, cabbage, rhubarb, 6uet, cream.
