MOROCCO TREATY.
* SPAIN LOSES TERRITORY. By Telegraph—l'ress Association-Copyright (Rec. December 1, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 30. "The Times" states that by the FrancoSpanish treaty, Spain loses considerable territory in the north and south zones in Morocco, and agrees not to fortify the coast opposite Gibraltar. The Spanish clergy lose their religious privileges in tho French zone, though they retain their properties. New religious establishments in, French hands at Tangier and tho vicinity will come under the international regime.
