LEGISLATION UNDER PEESSUEE. By Telenraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht London, November 29. The Government is forcing the -Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill throughthe House of Commons by means of the closure. It was only saved from defeat by the full strength of the Irish vote, HEATED SCENES IN THE HOUSE. (Bee. December 1, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 30. There woro heated scenes in the House of Commons over Colonel Griffith-Bosca-wen's amendment to the Welsh Disestablishment Bill, proposing to bisect the measure and treat disendowment and disestablishment separately. The amendment was defeated by 251 votes to IGB. . ■
