Cream. SUPPER. Oi tongue. Salad. Strawberry oustard. Finger Biscuits. STRAWBERRY CUSTARD. Two largo eggs, 2oz. sugar, i-pint ripe strawberries. A few drops of lemon juice. Pound the strawberries with the sugar, add the yolks, {stand in a pan of boiling water, stir until it thickens, add the whites whipped stiffly. ftrrc in custard glasses when cold with wafers of finger Iji/icui it.
