TYPHOON IN PHILIPPINES.
TWO TOWNS WRECKED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Washington, November 28. Reports havo beon. received from the State Department in Manila of a terrific typhoon at the Islands of Samar, Leyte, and North Panny. Two towns havo been wrecked, and thero is a heavy death-roll. Two steamers woro wrecked in Taklobau Harbour.
