MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G.'Riddell, S.M.) For having left vehicles unattended in pnblic thoroughfares, Arthur Andrews waS fined ss„ with costs 75., and Edward Hayes 10s., with costs 7s> For having permitted horses to wander at large, James Hamilton was fined 10s., with costs 75.; Charles Mullis was ordered to pay 19s. Gd. costs; E. Bloomfield to pay .£1 3s. Gd. costs; and David Andrews to pay 9s. costs. On. a charge of insobriety William Olliver. was ordered to pay 17s. Gd. medical expenses, which had been incurred in his behalf. John Watson was sent to prison for three months for having stolen an overcoat belonging to Messrs. Duncan and Macintosh. James Arthur Scott was fined «C 3 for having used objectionable language In public. .' Mary, Joyco and Annie Morelyne wero each sentenced to one month's imprisonment for having acautod won in publio streets-
