PROSSER and AMIR-LA HOROMONA to the Hutt County Council, for permission, to erect three swing gates:— (1) Across the Pukerua Road, at point of the intersection of . the line . of the northern boundary of Pukerua 3. C., No. 1, E., and the Pukerua Road, the said boundary. line dividing the land occupied by Mr. J. H. Prosser from that occupied by 'Anuria Horomona. (2) Across the said Pukerua Road-at the point of the intersection, of the line of the northern boundary of Pukerua, No. 3 C., 2 8., and the Pukerua Read, the said boundary line dividing the land occupied by Amiria Horomona from . that occupied by Mr. R. Wall. (3) Across the. road leading from tho Puker.ua Road to the railway siding at the point of the junction of the two said roads, such <*ate to be at the intersection of the line of the eastern boundary of the Waimapihi Block, afid the said road leading - to the railway siding, -the said boundary line dividing the land occupied by Mr. Ames from that occupied by Ringi Horomona.
