ATOTICE is hereby given, in accordance -»■' with Section 126 of the Public Works Act, 1908, of application on the part of J. H. PROSSER and AMIR-LA HOROMONA to the Hutt County Council, for permission, to erect three swing gates:— (1) Across the Pukerua Road, at point of the intersection of . the line . of the northern boundary of Pukerua 3. C., No. 1, E., and the Pukerua Road, the said boundary. line dividing the land occupied by Mr. J. H. Prosser from that occupied by 'Anuria Horomona. (2) Across the said Pukerua Road-at the point of the intersection, of the line of the northern boundary of Pukerua, No. 3 C., 2 8., and the Pukerua Read, the said boundary line dividing the land occupied by Amiria Horomona from . that occupied by Mr. R. Wall.
