The annual meeting of the ' Jfakara County Council was held yesterday. Coun. cillor' MoOro was elected to the chair- for the ensuing year. .In returning thanks for his election the chairman said ho was of opinion that a toll-gate should- . be erected either on the iiiitt Roa<l or onthis Ngahauranga Gorge Road.
