ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at , -'•} Special Meeting of the Council of the City of "Wellington, held, on the 14th day of November, 1912," it was resolved as follows-.— ' WHEREAS, by Deed of Lease dated the Gth day of November, 1905, Registered No. 92270; made between the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizons of Ihe City of Wellington, and Frederick George Bolton, the land described in the ~aii! Deed of Lease being parts of Sections 123 and 121 Lambton Reclamation, was leased to tho said Frederick George Bolton for the term of 21 years from the first day of March, 1905. AND WHEREAS, bv Deed of Assignment dated the 19tii ilny of June, 1907, Registered No. 96570, the said lands berame vested in John Fuller, Benjamin John Fuller, and John Fuller, the Younger, for the residue then to como and unexpired of tho term of years created by the said Deed of Lease registered No. 92270, AND WHEREAS, by Deed of Lease dated tho 25th day of March, 1908, Registered No. 98819, the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of tho City of Wellington leased to the said John Fuller, Benjamin John Fuller, and John Fuller, the Younger, tho lands comprised in the said Deeds of Lease, being Sections 120, 121, 336, and part of Sections 123 and 124 Lambton Reclamation, for the term of six years from the first day of January, 1908, AND WHEREAS, by Deed of Lease dated the 28th dnv of Jannhrv, 1911, Registered No. 103192, the 'Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of (he City of IVellington leased to the said John i Fuller.
