The Short Title of the By-law is "The Wellington City Reserves Charges Bylaw No. 17, 1912." ' The object and purport of the By-law are:— • 1. To fix the hours of admission to the Zoological Gardens, and to fix the charges for admission. 2. To appoint the Sports Grounds on City Reserves and to fix the limit of charges thereon, and to provide that due notice of the days of charging shall be given by advertisement. 8. To provide that persons entering a sports ground without payment shall be guiltv of an offence.
