' ANNUAL REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. November 25, 9.55 p.m.) London, November 25. The Peninsular and Oriental Company's report shows that the recent 6trikcs entailed losses of 1 £132,514, including a .£70,000 loss in freight in the transport strike. Wireless telegraphy has been installed on 51 steamers.' The company will have £1,000,000 invested in the new CapeAustralian branch line by 1918. Messrs. J. M. Shields and F. Ritchie are becoming managing directors to relieve Sir Thomas Sutherland of some of the work of administration.
