SPEAKER WILLIS.
MB. WOODS'" MOTION. By TeleeraDh—Press Asjodatlon—OonyrfeW Sydney, November 23. There is a possibility of the shelving of Mr. /Woods' motions that the House reaffirms its right to make and control through its members the business of the House, and that,in view of .the Speaker's declaration, Mr. no longer possesses the confidence of the House.
Mr; Holman,: Attorney-General,. states that unless the Speaker'insists on giving them priority it is unlikely they will be discussed during the present session, but will be put among the list of undesirable motions which at end of every session are consigned to oblivion.
A more. general opinion is that Mr. Willis will insist ,on the motions being .taken on Monday. *
Mr. Holman announced that the Government hoped to end the session. In December.- A number; of Bills will be jet- , tisoned. ■ '
