One pound goosoberries, 41b. sugar, $-cup cold water, 1 cup whipped cream. Cook the gooseberries to a piup, and pass thorn through a sieve or colander. When tlio puree is cold add the cream, and a little green oolouring, or spinach juice (if liked) to mako it a good colour. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Shoulder of Mutton. Onions. New Potatoes. Cauliflower, Pears.
