SCHOOLMASTER V. NEWSPAPER.
PENDING LIBEL ACTION. (By Meerapli.—Special" Correspondent.) Masterton, November 22. Mr. W. H. Jackson, headmaster of tha Masterton District High School, has issued a writ against the "Wairarapa Daily Times," claiming .£6OO damages (being ,£2OO on each of three events), for alleged libel. The case will be heard at the next sitting of the Supreme Court in Master.
