SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for increasing nor. tliorly and westerly winds for a westerly disturbance, which is likely to control atmospherio conditions for about four days. Cloudy, unsettled weather, with rain, pTobable poon, especially on the West Coast and southern districts. The temperature has risen and tho winds have freshened from the north.
