Sir John Collie, M.D., the Government nominee, has resigned his position on the Advisory Committee of the Insurance Board, intimating that his presence on the board after tho medical profession's decision would possibly bo open to misconstruction. At a representative meeting of the British Medical Association to-day, it was decided by 9292 votes to 92G9 to inform Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, that any further proposals for meeting the profession's objections will be received by the Medical Association for consideration.
