BLUEJACKETS' PAY.
MONEY STATED TO HAVE GONE TO DOCTORS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. November 18, 9.40 p.m.) London, November 18. The "Daily Telegraph," in explaining the non-fulfilment of Mr. Winston Churchill's pledge to increase the pay of bluejackets, states that .the money has been needed, and allocated to pay the increased medical remuneration agreed to by the Government under the Insurance Act.
