Masterton Borough Council recently decided to take its own risk with, refer- . «nco to accident insurance, and the Akitio Council did likewise. As the result, the latter body has nowa, substantial bolancs. in tho bank for insurance purposes. The Akitio -. cDuntj; clerk states that the .amounts received by tha Castlepoiut County Council and the Pahiatua Borough.
