. « —: —- OPENING OF SEASON TO-DAY. Tho opening of the yachting season is to take place this afternoon. The function will take place fit the Boat Harbour, at 3.25 p.m., when the Mayor (Mr. D. M'Laren), in a short speech, will declare the season open. The- yachts ore to form into procession, and the launches aro also to tako part.'
