Tho monthly shoot of the Hutt Valley Gun Club was held at Xaita on Wednesday, November 13, when trophies presented by Messrs. Scott ami Edwards were competed for, 11, Philp securing a leg-in for llio former, nml W. Tnlloch winning the latter outright. Tho following wero tho leading scores in two 21 clay bird ovenis:— Mr. Scott's- Trophy—H, Philp (12yds), i 8 out of 21; A. Wiseman (13yds.), 17 out of 21; A. Scott (ITyds.), 10 out of 21.
