As the function will bo pnitsty a civic one the farewell speeches mil be confined to those from the, Mayor, the Prime Minister, Mr. 'E. Fletcher (chairman of the Harbour. Board), Mr. J. . Trevor (chairman of the Hospital Board), and. Ms Excellency's reply. The interest taken by the Governor in the farming community of New Zealand is to be recognised at the farewell ceremony at Auckland by the presentetion of ah illuminated address signed on, behalf. .<of the Auckland farmers by the presidents of tie Auckland branch of the Partners' Unicin and A, and P.
