Entries for the lla'wkft Cup cricket competition came from Rangitikei, South Auckland, Wanganui, Jlanaivatu, Wairarapa, South Canterbury, 'South Tarauaki, and Marlborough. In the first round, Rangitikei meets South Auckland, Wanganui meets. Taranaki, llanawntu meets Wairarapa, and South Canterbury meets Marlborough. The winner of the Rangitikei match has a byo in the second round. The winner of the South Canterbury ma toil has a byo in the 6econd and third rounds and meets-tho winner of the North Island series in' the final. HOUSE MATCHES.
