Coles and 'Wakeham, J.jP.'s, on a charge of using bad language and obstructing the-police while in the execution of their duty.' Accused applied for a remand till' next Wednesday, in order to allow counsel to appear for him. The police did not object, and the request was granted. Bail was allowed in one surety of JE2O.
