The Court held, hewever, that a charitable trust had been- created, aiid that new trustees may bo appointed to administer it.' The trust was to have been administered by directors of the Mother. Church, in Boston, but the. Court decided , that, the trust provisiens were nullified under the statute limiting the amount of the income from bequests to' ..religious organisations to 2000 dols. annually.. . The Court dismissed the Bill brought by'the contestants' of the Will, Who alleged that the teachings ot Christian .Science were against public policy.
