MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
.(Before'Mr. W. G. BiddoU, S.M.) At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, j Georgina .Perrott was convicted of the. theft'of £9 belonging to John Taylor. She Was ordered to appear for sentence when called on, and instructed to remain in the Salvation Army Horn* for three months. Ernest Dalley was ordered to pay % • costs, for having failed to register a dog. , Noreh Ryan was fined 10s., with costs ls.i for having failed to comply with a drainage notice. For having permitted horses to. -winder. afcla'rge Patrick Bine; was fined. ss : , ■with costs 75., and John Wallace.Eassoh was ordered to pay costs 19s. 6d.
