Oann, Colonial Treasurer, introduced an amending Income' .Tax Bill providing for the collection of the' tax from' oom- . panies instead of from individual shareholders. He has also introduced a Stamp Duties Bill. Ho expects the latter to produce .£200,000 a year in revenue.
