fSpeolally written for The Poiiißtos.l FRIDAY. I Lontil Soup. Curried Sehnapper. Pota-' toe 3. Boiled Rice.. Tapioca and Coconut Custard. TAPIOCA AND COCONUT CUSTARD. One and a half tablespoons tapioca, ty tablespoons dossicatcd coconut, 1 pint milk, 2 eggs, i cup sugar. Soak tapioca all night in 1 cup water. Next dav boil with milk till soft. Beat yolks and sugar together, and add to the tapioca when a little cooled. Add coconut, and mix well. Cook a little longer and turn into a piedish. Whip whites with sugar until stiff. Pile up roughly on top, and sprinkle with coconut. Slightly brown in the oven. FOE TO-MORROW, ' Half dozen carrots, stock, lean ham, neck of mutton. FOR SUNDAY. . Stock. Lemon Jelly. Hiudriuarter Lamb. Mint. Peas.. Pineapple. Rhubarb. Pastry. POR SUPPER. Cold Lamb. . Salad. Golatine. Lemon Jelly Cochineal.
