Aclahd, Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office, stated in- the House of Commons that China had resumed her loan negotiations with the Six-Power group. INTERNAL LOAN - PROPOSED, (Rec. November 8, 0.25 a.m.) Peking, November 7. , The Government is arranging for the issue of an'internal loan of-100 milliondollars (silver) at eight per cent., with a sixty - years' currency. 'The loan will be based on the security' of entiro national taxes.
