Education Department in' refusing to erect a school in thoir district, notwithstanding the Education Board's repeated to have one "erected on the Herotaunga site. Mr. W. lloutley " (chairman of committee): presided,, and- traversed the history .of the. movement to secure first' a I site, then" a school'. , .
