The Crown has entered a nolle prosequi in the, case of the' men .arrested in ; July .for alleged participation iri .the disturbances at. Belfast, and rearrested on magistrate's warrant.. The Crown solicitor demanded that the .case should be heard by a magistrate instead of eight justices. .He declared, that tho Bench was packed. . The police, acting on the Crown's instruction, refused to produce -the prisoners, and the hearing of" the case had to be adjourned.
