One ounce breadcrumbs, one ounce cakeciurabs, two uuiices coconut, ohu ouneo sugar, one ounco butter, one gill and a half of milk, tiv» emu 11 eggs, vanilla essence. Put the coconut and milk into a sauoepau, bring to the boil, then siunuer l'or about ten minutes until the milk is absorbed. Cream the butter and sugar, and add the cako 'and breadcrumbs, the coconut, and the yolks of tho eggs. Mix well and flavour ivith vanilla, essence. Beat up the whites stiffly, then mix lightly with the other ingredients. Turn tho mixture into a greased bowl, cover with greased paper, ana steam gently about an hour. Turn 011 to a hot dish and pour jam sauce round. FOR TO-MORROW. Lobster, le" of mutton, red currant jcllv, cabbage, stale bread. ' ;
