MOUNT COOK COURT.
At .the Mount Cook Policer Court yesterday, before Mr, J. Smith, J.P., th*, following' cases of drunkenness were dealt with--John Millin, John Condon, and two first offenders wero convicted and discharged, and ono first offender, who did not put in an appearance was fined 10s., in default forty-eight hours lmnrisonmeht.
The Admiralty havo decided that, os soon as practicable, every battleship stall carry at least one 20ft. motor-boat.
